As a kid, I used to collect travel brochures and guides and plan my dream journeys, but we never had enough money to travel much. As an adult, I decided 10 years ago that regardless of whether someone accompanies me or not, I would start seeing the world, and since then, I have been to 70 countries and many more of our beautiful United States, primarily just me, myself and I. Many people look at us solo travelers as weirdos, but you just don’t know what you are missing. Here are my thoughts from the perspective of flying solo.
